Before Stepping In
1: Should You Work With Me?
I know your world because I’ve lived in it. Whether switching countries
or careers, running my own wholesale business or creating a TV show,
the one constant in my life and career has been change.
We are likely to be an excellent fit if you are looking for help with:
-
Career changes
-
Creative stagnation
-
Midlife and relationship transitions
-
Becoming a new parent
-
Balancing motherhood and career
-
Menopause

Change
For over a decade, I’ve worked with people at different life and career stages, across various industries including those at NBC, Paramount, TikTok, Meta, ABC and CBS, to name a few.
This is where I’m supposed to explain how powerful and life-changing coaching can be, about stagnant careers resuscitated, transformed relationships and about work-life balance restored.
But the truth is coaching is something you have to experience for yourself, to discover the difference it can make. So, if you’re interested in working with me, let’s chat!
2: How Do We Begin?
First, schedule a free chat so we can get to know each other, discuss what you’re aiming to get from coaching, and to see if we are a good fit. Please allow 45-60 mins.
If you decide to move forward after our initial call (see packages below), we’ll schedule a 90-120 minute immersion session to step in, examine where you truly want to be, and what’s getting in the way.
3: And Then?
There are two ways to work with me:
A: The 4-month package, which includes the 90-120 min immersion session plus 6 one-on-one 60-minute sessions every other week.
B: The 6-month package, which includes the 90-120 min immersion session plus 10 one-on-one 60-minute sessions every other week.
Everything you share is completely confidential. We meet via Zoom, taking plenty of time to explore deeply without feeling rushed and also giving us space for those wonderful, winding, conversations that help us discover what’s at the root of any challenges.
4: How Do I Prepare for Our Session?
Before our immersion session, you’ll answer a few reflective questions in a short form I will provide ahead of time. This gives me an idea of what you need, so we can make the most of our time together. It also helps you think about what you’re hoping to gain from coaching—and more broadly from your life or work.
It can be useful to have a specific goal in mind for the session, but an open-ended, spontaneous chat can be just as fruitful.
5: What Are the Sessions Like?
A coaching session with me is simply a conversation - it is not a test or an interview.
I’ll ask questions designed to help you look at yourself and your situation from a different perspective. I may also suggest new ways of approaching things. No need to prepare, and there’s no judgment or assessment involved.
This is a safe space to talk. The more you put into coaching, the more you’ll gain from it. Bring your questions, fears, insecurities, frustrations—but above all, bring yourself. Honesty is crucial to getting the most from our sessions.
Because coaching conversations can meander in many different directions, discovery also happens between sessions when you reflect on our discussions. I highly encourage you to keep a pen and notebook handy to jot down anything useful you may want to discuss in our next session.
I run small group sessions twice a year and if you’re interested, please add your name to my mailing list by completing the contact form.
